Week 11: Aug 3-10: $500 per night plus 7.375% sales  tax plus $500 Security Deposit (of which $200 is a non-refundable cleaning fee).

Week 13: Aug 17-24: $500 per night + 7.375%

Week 14: Aug 24-31:  $500 per night + 7.375%

                                        FLEX INTO FALL 2024 AVAILABILITY 

FLEX INTO FALL starts after Labor Day and continues at our discretion through late Sept or early October. 
$500 night (4 night minimum) plus 7.375% sales tax  plus $500 Security Deposit (of which $200 is a non-refundable cleaning fee.)
